TERMS OF SERVICE & FAIR PLAY AGREEMENT

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Sector KeyGames (including Sector Skywars, TypeRush 3D, and the BornSector platform), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the service.

2. Player Accounts & Security

To preserve progress, climb leaderboards, and redeem store items, users must create a player account via secure credentials or supported OAuth providers (Google, Discord). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Sector KeyGames will never request your password or confidential two-factor verification codes.

3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

Sector KeyGames is a competitive typing arcade founded on human skill and keystroke accuracy. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated typing macros, auto-typers, key inject scripts, or bot scripts.
• Manipulating browser memory or packet timing to alter game scores or wave counts.
• Creating multiple artificial accounts to farm referral rewards or tournament prizes.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure to security staff.

Accounts identified violating fair play policies are subject to immediate disqualification from leaderboard tournaments and permanent wallet forfeiture.

4. Dual-Token Economy & In-Game Coins

The platform operates on a dual-token framework:

• Combat Coins: In-game arcade points collected during active flight or racing. Coins possess no standalone legal currency value until exchanged.
• BORNS: Platform reward credits accrued via the In-Game Exchanger, tournament prize pools, or community vouchers.

5. Cashout Policy & UPI / OWO Redemptions

Verified players with a legitimate gameplay history may redeem BORNS for real-world payouts:

• Real Money (UPI): Indian Rupee (₹) transfers sent to valid UPI Virtual Payment Addresses (VPA) through GooglePay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM.
• OWO Bot Currency: Digital currency credited to the player's specified Discord user account.
• Processing Times: Orders undergo fraud screening and are dispatched within 24 business hours.
• Dispute Resolution: If a payout fails due to an invalid UPI address, the BORNS balance will be safely refunded back to your account pouch.

6. Privacy Guidelines

Your privacy is paramount. We do not sell, rent, or distribute personal identity information to third parties. For comprehensive details regarding cookies, session storage, and data protection, review our standalone Privacy Policy.
